Thats what they are telling you. (And you are believing it, poor girl.) Tell me this, why sue someone or some body that has no $$$? what do you expect to achieve? Also I do not like the fact that suddenly there is no money to build the plant. Arcon has no money, Midland has no money. And for your info they (we) did lose John and DF-144: Midland, Inc. (OTC BB:MIDL), today announces the recession of the Arcon Energy, Inc. reverse merger with the resignation of James R. Clark and John Spriggs. DF-144 belongs to Arcon Energy! The answers they are giving just do not make sense to me. JF
