Thanks. Missed it. exchange2000.com ...Market Formulation and Research Corp. (OTC/BB:MFRC- news) Thursday announced that it has entered into a binding letter of intent to acquire C-Concept Inc. (CCI), a private Nevada company, in the process of closing the purchase of the first three of a series of convenience stores... Very curious how MFR described CCI as a private company.
