I first heard of it a few years ago....Camp posts cycles once in a while but McMillan pointed this one out. If I recall correctly, I first saw Larry mention it last fall. Perhaps it was near Oct 27, I don't remember exactly. I have a copy of a Camp report based on cycles here in my office. Dated July 21st, he picked the high of the next few months within a week and said the market would have it's next major crash either Oct. 20 or Oct 27. Cycle stuff is spookier than Lunacy Theory.
