ALERT HERE IS A SPECIAL LETTER that typifies how many feel and we do have a solution TBA sometime tomorrow...
Hi Byron, I am a lurker on the DGIV, MTEI, and INFE threads and own all 3
stocks.

I just wanted to let you know that am behind you...although I dont know
you,
what happened to you is an attack on all of us 'little guy investors'

attached below is a note that I've sent to SI today. I had to come out
of the shadows
to defend 'our' right to communicate freely without any impunity.

Please include my email id for your secure website.
Many thanks for ALL the work and support you and the other Rocketeers
have done.

Subject: new SI membership...

I 'was' going to sign up as a new member to SI because I have been
'lurking'
and observing the DGIV forum and others. But my primary reason was
that I believed
SI offered a new medium of true, open and unbiased form of
communications.

The events that have been unfolding on the DGIV, MTEI, INFE, PNLK and
other threads,
have caused me to reconsider my decision to join SI as a full lifetime
member as well
as an SI advocate to my friends, family, and business associates.

Based on the most recent event of what has happened to Byron Glen of the
DGIV
forum, I will NOT be joining Silicon Investors nor recommending it.
As a technology consultant, I am always requested about the shaping of
the internet
and how novice individuals can learn more about it to improve their
situation or businesses.

Your decision to silence Mr. Glen and the justifications behind it are
very lame
and too coincidental with respect to the activities occuring on DGIV,
MTEI, and INFE.

I am now in the belief that SI in some unethical fashion is tied to the
unscrupulous
groups of BB stock shorting firms, MM or hired bashers that purposely
enter the
Threads to cause panic and harm to people's money and livelihood.

SI has recently been in the press lately as a new medium for the future
generation
of 'people oriented collaboration and communication'. I believed this
to be true until now.

...I and others will make sure that SI gets maximum publicity as to your
true intentions and affiliations. You have started something that SI
will never win....
" your customers are the real bosses" This will be part of the Rocketeers Motto, customers are the real bosses

a potential customer that is now pissed....

Some information from Worldvision:

Just spoke with Daniel at Worldvision.
Apparently Templeton and JC are concerned about the fall of share price. Nobody is concerned about the company's future; everything is as before, only better.

Templeton intends to make a newsletter to send out to DGIV shareholders--presumably the list of shareholders who received the last newsletter. He is concerned about the holdup on the NASDAQ application, and will send out the letter after he has the lowdown from the attorney. There is no reason at all to conclude it is anything more than simple lawyerly processing. It was emphasized that all are very confident and optimistic.

Daniel believes the release will still come out this week. Templeton's letter should clear things up substanially.

About Liberty Capital:
He described the nature of the falling out with them.

About the NASDAQ listing:

I asked how long one could expect NASDAQ listing after the expected application. I was told that Jimmy's lawyer said 90 days is the minimum "when all the planets are aligned". The implication was that 90 days is the best of all possible circumstances; longer is likely. Daniel said--and I urge circumspection here--that Jimmy didn't want to wait that long, and that other options were being considered. Some will remember Templeton's suggestion--if I remember the Templeton conference chat correctly--of acquisition or merger or other options for faster listing... Daniel said he knew more than he could say. About this I think it would be better if we not build up our and others' expectations--witness the current needless fallout--but the prospect is exciting.

He said to expect the newsletter perhaps today or tomorrow.

-------
Fellow investors, to our knowledge nothing has changed from before except for the better. Only a surfeit of transparent negative psychologizing on this thread. I was surprised that the Germany news was not taken as the strongest endorsement to date of our optimism.
