Mark,

You wrote " As anyone who has been married for awhile can tell you, differing perspectives of the same situation can be relatively commonplace:-) "

I just don't know what you are talking about. Are you trying to say that married people do regularly disagree? I can't believe that there are relationships like that out there. Oh, wait a minute. I think my wife if calling. I have to go and finish folding the laundry. But I'll be back as soon as I get the kitchen floor mopped.

COMING DEAARRRRRRR!!!!!

" Nor does it mean that mgmt will backslide unless we publicly beat the crap out of them:-) "

Mark, I am just a wee bit curious how you construe that asking questions is publicly beating the crap out of management? I sense that you agree that they have nothing to hide, They have done nothing wrong! So why would they be afraid to embrace a new concept or to answer tough questions? I would guess that they would welcome the chance to openly discuss these questions with their shareholders, to prove they are worthy of running the company in a sound and ethical manner. I say let them speak for themselves.

Mark: Been away from the office. However, my point which may have been made by others was and is that this management and any new management must hold themselves to a higher standard of behavior if the company is to build credibility. Management should be striving to avoid even an appearance of impropriety. Post Bre-X IMO ethics and appearances are a BIG deal and vital to eventual success. JLA
