This is a great momentum play for me and I am sure a bunch of others right now. However, once the dust settles and we get some more information as to the extent of the mortgage securitization some of the countries this should become a clear value play. If indeed they are the first company do be securitizing these mortgages in these markets, then it is going to be highly profitable and will also serve as a testing ground as other second and third world countries view the success of the pass-through certificates.
