Minorco Sells Carbon Black Business to Phelps Dodge

LUXEMBOURG, June 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Minorco's 73%-held Brazilian subsidiary, Copebras S.A. has announced that it has agreed to transfer
ownership of its carbon black business to Columbian Chemicals Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of international mining and
manufacturing group, Phelps Dodge Corporation (NYSE: PD - news), for a total consideration of US$220 million.

Don't express your feelings here unless they are positive because everyone will jump on you .

I posted some things that are facts that no one liked and got bashed for it.
