Anant, Thanks for the information, I too would like to read at least that portion of Greenspan's testimony. I would bet that Joel Klein has read it and that is good. As regards your question about DOJ delay on top of EEC review. I don't interpret Klein's response to imply additional review. Klein, I believe, tried to assure his audience that the EEC was not dictating policy to US regulators or at very least was not the lead horse. I think that is accurate as well. I also think that both DOJ and EEC will approve the deal with MCI sale of backbone and retail business. All the same, I like the idea that Klein feels need to be accountable in this process. That is what the article suggests to me. Accountability is good. : )
