Auric, In your post number 810 you say that what Travis has done is illegal. As usual, when you make an assertion like this, before I can respond I have to do some checking to find out for myself what the facts are.

Here's what I found. When the short sellers had to cover their short position, they went to a number of market makers to cover their position, also known as a buy in. I'm told that in fact Travis did sell the stock for them to cover their position, but only after they had contacted a number of other market makers. They were in a box and had no choice but to pay the asking price for the stock, since they were obligated by law to cover their short sells. While you contend all of this is illegal, it's just like the patent issue, just because you say these things doesn't make it so. My understanding is that the calls to the other market makers have all been recorded, so that if you, the SEC, or anyone else wants to contest it, the information is available.

I am not associated with Travis, but I am a stockholder and these and other issues raised on this thread are of great interest to me since it can affect the value of my investment. We have regulatory agencies to oversee trading firms and stock issues. You keep saying that Travis is doing illegal things, but he continues to stay in business. If you or anyone else has information about an illegal act by him or anyone else, they should go to the authorities. Everybody knows who David Travis is, I have posted all my comments under my real name, and it seems to me you are posting information that is meant to distort the truth, not using your real name, but hiding behind an alias.

Lets all watch and see just what the truth might be, if the SEC should come down on David Travis or if they halt trading in the stock, as Auric has stated they will, then it will be time for an apology from me, and as I have stated time and again, my name is Ray Barber.

I have taken way too much of my time on this thread, now I've got to quit and go back to work.

Counts by 2 and Auric (my two favorite boys/girls or whatever you may be), I didn't mean to scare you guys and I appreciate your concern regarding my whereabouts. It's touching!

Let's put it this way....Auric continues to lie in nearly every post and Counts by Two continues to chum up to him. WHAT'S NEW?

The following is just my opinion, but I believe it 100%.

The large majority of people on this BB are well aware of the game that Auric and 246810 are playing. The "short game" and the "lie so often that people begin to believe it" game. Do I believe you two are in this together? You bet I do! The only problem is, you still refuse to admit that you've lost. I'm becoming more and more convinced of the idea that Auric is a flunkey trader for a flunkey firm. He plays his games by pretending to be part of a more successful firm. He watches what the other firm does and attempts to piggyback the other firm's investment strategy.

Remember when (according to Auric) Mr. Travis was about to be terminated by the major short and Auric was foaming at the mouth? Well, Auric had to face a dose of reality when the short was humbled and Mr. Travis became the victor. Many of us may have forgotten that when Mr. Travis won, so did the shareholders. Auric lost! There weren't many shareholders that wanted to see the stock drop to the low single digits, but Auric did ALL in his power to cause this to happen.

Most of us on this BB and elsewhere in our lives, wouldn't outright lie to achieve our goals. We'd suffer the consequences of our mistake in judgement before we'd lie and deceive. I'll state for the record that I wouldn't lie, deceive or cheat to make this stock do well. On the other hand, people need to understand that Auric is unlike the large majority of people here. Auric lies at a rate I've never witnessed on any investment BB before, and I've been very active on computer BBs for years and have fought many battles. He's the lowest I've encountered. Auric won't even post his real name or the firm he works for. Why? Because he knows he's done wrong and he continues to do wrong. So, he hides!

Recently, in Auric's post #795, he goes on and on about AENG having little to do with the presentation at the Military facility. Absolute Bull! Auric makes you think there's little or no reference to AENG's presence in the military e-mail that followed the meeting and later became public record. Wrong again! The following was taken from AENG's web page (minutes ago) regarding the Military presentation (I'm sure it was just an oversight by Auric.......YEAH RIGHT!!!). AET stands for, "Advanced Engine Technology."

1.ÿ The experimental Australian OX2 engine demonstration in TARDEC's
ÿÿÿÿ building 212 dyno cell was so impressive to Army engineers that they are
ÿÿÿÿ looking into the possibility of entering into a Cooperative Research &
ÿÿÿÿ Development Agreement (or other contractual arrangement) with Advanced
ÿÿÿÿ Engine Technologies (AET).ÿ This was obviously a home run for the press too
ÿÿÿÿ as they stayed hours later than originally planned, obtaining reactions
ÿÿÿÿ from those in attendance.
ÿÿÿÿ ÿÿÿÿ

ÿÿÿÿ 2.ÿ The National Automotive Center has a research partnership in place
ÿÿÿÿ (called the Automotive Research Center - ARC) with numerous American
ÿÿÿÿ universities - including the University of Wisconsin, Madison campus -
ÿÿÿÿ that can perform joint research with AET.ÿ Further information regarding
ÿÿÿÿ Cooperative Research & Development Agreements is being provided to Murray
ÿÿÿÿ Bailey and Greg Howland at AET by the NAC.

ÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿ 4.ÿ The story about the OX2 Australian engine demo at TACOM aired on PBS on
ÿÿÿÿ 5 May at 7:25 PM.ÿ A copy of these broadcasts is being provided to AET.ÿ
ÿÿÿÿ AET will also get copies of all the still photos taken in relation to the
ÿÿÿÿ OX2 demo when developed.

Auric is a beaten man/woman and grasping at straws. Not a single post of his has ever been worth reading (but I must admit that I've read them, too). Even when he loses, he wants us all to believe that he's found fraud, criminal conduct, etc, to validate his invalid case. Don't follow the loser!

Auric, you need to get a life beyond this BB. It's consuming you and it's not healthy for a short. GO LONG AND PROSPER, remain short and continue to FEEL THE PAIN!!!

By the way, thanks for all the e-mail, but my reason for not posting as often lately isn't because I don't believe strongly in the company. It's because little has changed in the past week or so, except that we've become victorious in our battle with the short(s). As soon as something else of significance happens, I'll be back here to talk about it. Or if Auric and 246810 become their unbearable selves again...........

Regarding the others whose opinions differ from mine.........I respect them all, all except for the two mentioned above. Let me state for THE RECORD, that I think AENG has an enormous future ahead of it and I strongly believe the stock is cheap. Yes, even at $18.50 per share and with the current market cap. I know many believe this to be an overvaluation, but I don't share those views.

Best of Luck, Greg
