Y2K inaction poses threat to properties

Landlords and tenants are the latest group being advised to take seriously the millennium bug threat.

Property managers are being advised to review their lease agreements and, if necessary, to conduct an audit of properties to ensure they are not at risk from the millennium bug and potentially exposed to litigation in the event of a break in services prompted by a Y2K electronics failure.
