Infoseek is a momentum stock and changes like the wind, Yes, I assume there is something coming by Friday annual meeting time, but in most cases it is best to buy on expectation and sell on the news. Also keep in mind Friday is also a options expiration Friday... Regards Don

What do you guys, longs or shorts, think of the rumor of takeover/major partnership deals now? It seems the rumor is dying off. It is good time to short it @33s From TheStreet.com: The buzz from the options traders is the deflation of SEEK option prices after two days of strong volume. Takeover chatter around the company apparently has ceased to carry the shares. I gather from this that either traders are getting impatient for a deal or think that there may not be a deal in the near future. Personally, I think its a good time to go long <g>.
