I've been doing some DD on Shortie Frankel. He is a wholesaler out of New York. He has no clients and executes trades for nobody. He is one person who is abusing his status a marketmaker to short ALYA for his own account.

His short position has been building for 2 1/2 weeks. It must be in the hundreds of thousands of shares by now. Most of today's "sales" were generated by Frankel himself. He is increasing his short position to try to shake us. He got nowhere! The holders of ALYA are HOLDING!!!

Some of us were trying to pick up shares just above a dollar today. Nobody could get filled. Every time we put in an order at what was supposed to be the asked, the asked got jerked up.

What is going on here is a classic case of OTC:BB MM manipulation. It really doesn't matter to me. I will be buying Frankel's phantom shares at any price which looks good to me until ALYA's growing business forces him to cover with real ones. It's just two weeks until the end of the month accounting, when Frankel must show $2.50 cash in his account for every share he is short. I doubt he wants to do that -- maybe he can't do that. This is going to get interesting.
