Appreciate your comments. Have you thought about posting them to PNLK itself, not to its investors? PNLK welcomes such comments with open arms.

There is not a website on the Internet that came out of the gate, regardless of its initial start-up time, fully functional and without flaw. Until a product is presented to the masses, all needs cannot be known. The website is not complete; we are in Phase 2. As a businessperson aren't you being a bit premature to condemn a company that is only four weeks old?

Andeveron,

We appreciate your comments. We have not had enough input from people who have actually used the site. I have a couple of questions:

With regards to the structuring of information, do you think the upgrade below, from a recent press release, addresses this problem?

>1. Free text search of the data base. This was delayed due to a correction that had to be made to the data base. Updating close to 3 million
corporate records takes some time and now it is very close to being completed. Members will be able to search without using SIC codes.
The updated system will also allow members to search on one field instead of the two fields currently needed. <

Next question: How do you know about subscribers? The company has made it clear that they are working on major upgrades, and are withholding their major marketing drive until these are in place. When this occurs, how about checking it out again and letting us know what you think at that point?

Next question: What does the pumping and dumping that occurred with this stock in its infancy have to do with its long term prospects or its potential business partners? I don't see the connection.

My response to you assumes your motives for posting on this thread are pure.

Glen, if you are still monitoring this thread, we would love to hear from you. Are this person's complaints common, and if so are they being addressed?

Just a general comment...For" just being a visitor and looking over PNLK on the behest of a co-worker," you sure know a lot about PNLK and what has happened to this stock over the last cpl of months...
ie...WSJ, StockDetective, The Pump and Dumpers, the initial run-up at grand opening time, their current partnerships, and the time it took them to bring the beta-version to its current stage....
I guess your co-worker brought you up to speed...
..Anyhow, you brought up some very valid points ....ie, the database not being specific enough to searches..I believe you can give feedback to the company on their website without being a subscriber..I know I did when it first opened and received a response via e-mail..
You mentioned in your next to last paragraph that there is a lack of interest of potential business partners. However, In the last communique we received from ProNet, they stated:

." Strategic Partnerships. ProNetLink has had meetings with a number of companies and associations that are considering strategic partnerships with the project. We hope to be able to announce the results of those meetings in the near future. "

Maybe you know something we don't know....

I saw you were a new SI subscriber. Did you cancel your trial subscription before the two weeks expired?
Just curious...

Oh I see in your Profile you love to short stocks. Also you are in advertizing. What makes you think you know anything about computer development? From your profile it looks like there is a very strong possibility of a TMEX connection!

Some real concerns but some of your statements:

<< is fundamentally flawed.>>
Sure glad you were not there to help promote the Wright Brothers!

<< Why PNLK, as a concept and a business is flawed: >>
I agree that the site needs improvement. What piece of s/w does not? But to say the concept is flawed shows a total lack of vision. THERE IS NOT A BETTER APPLICATION SUITED FOR THE INTERNET. This part is a no brainer. If PNLK does not success someone else will. If you have a better idea for an internet application let's hear it?

<< A complete overhaul appears out of the question at this point in the game due to limited company resources and capital. If it took PNLK ~8 months to set up a barely functional beta site, it will probably take 2 years to set up a revamped version. >>

The above statement I find most offensive. Complete overhaul! What could you possibly know about the underlining data structures that have been designed within the database. According to your profile you work for someone that sells advertizing and are barely out of college. What qualifies you to make this sort of technilogical assessment?
Once the database has been soundly designed, assuming Proxicom knows what they are doing, the data that is linked to the control structures should have little problem expanding. An email campaign to the listed companies could help fill-in the blanks.

<< - Lack of subscribers. In it's current incarnation, no one is going to sign up and pay the yearly fee. It has been over a month since it's
opening and I can almost assure this thread that no company has paid for the yearly subscription based on the quality and functionality of the site. At this rate, ProNetLink has a flawed product that is producing no revenue.>>

This you cannot possibly know. Try qualifying with IMHO. Just because you lack vision do not expect others to be so narrow minded. Given a general location and a name of a company and the modern wonders of the telephone & the web! Hey.

<< Lack of interest from the market >>
This is a totally stupid statement. Anyone who has followed this stock knows better. ONCE the product is viable watch it grow.
