Think about how it REALLY works! This is how, IMO. The day BEFORE the upgrade all the brokers get on the box and tell their clients to BUY and then Kurlak pumps it for awhile and they get 20-30% out of it. THEN, the day before the downgrade the same brokers call the same customers and tell them to SELL before the news, thereby locking in their profits!!
