Things suck. We have been blindsided by Dan Fisher and the damage is extensive. We have a shell company and what else?? We have a very stubborn group of investors who seem to be willing to fight through this. The other thing we have is GaBard at the IR position. This is good and bad. It's bad because he is an investor and has a potential conflict of interests. It's GOOD because, in my humble opinion, if there is anybody out there that can bring Spriggs and DF-144 back to this company, it's Gary. Ya see, he carries the weight of many of you investors on his shoulders whether you tell him he has to or not. I've talked to him twice today and if it is possible, GaBard will push this company back together himself. All we need is Spriggs, DF-144 and some money from whomever and all will work out. You may say I'm foolish, but people count allot with me. G. Scott

Jim,
After a long and unsure day, I have done something that I would recommend EVERYONE here do at least once in the next several hours..(I am referring to waking hours here)...I turned the machine off and I walked away from it.

In the time away, I have had a chance to absorb and really think about everything that has happened here today, and all of the posts, good, bad, funny, and ugly. While a little speculative, you are probably not far from the truth in your assessment of why Dan Fisher did what he allegedly did.

I have my own personal doubts as to whether we will ever know the real story or not, but I do know that if we have any chance at all, it is with Gary.

I reacted to your first post on this thread because it was one of an attacking nature. You came here with the automatic implication that Gary would do something unethical in his email, with no basis or cause whatsoever. It was a deliberate, unprovoked attack on a person who is voluntarily and at great expense taking the time to keep us informed. It was wrong of you to bring that implication to this thread, and I stand by that position.

My previous reaction to you was not one of a "poison mind", however one of past experience. Suffice it to say that while I did not post very much, my money has been in these OTC stocks for much longer. I take offense to the implication that I cannot or do not form my own opinions regarding people or stock. I am quite capable of independent thought, thank you.

The very last thing I am trying to do is to encourage anyone to bury their head in the sand! That would be insane. Yes, this situation stinks. Yes, we have been abandoned by the officers. Yes, it is a sad state of affairs when an investor has to volunteer his services as IR just to keep shareholders informed. Yes, it is bad...very very bad.

But, what can be done? People can either Buy, Sell, or Hold. Thats it. No other choices here. Crying doesn't help. Voodoo Dolls don't help. Blaming each other does not help. The only thing ANY of us can do at this point is to evaluate the information, make a personal decision based on our own goals, and act accordingly.

All I did was share my decision to hold with those on this thread, and the reasons why I chose that. That may not be the best for everybody else..it is just what I did.

Good Luck to All,
:-)

You are so correct, people have the right to speak, BUT to
think before they open their mouth. Instead of letting the
speculation run wild and then debate that speculation which furthermore perpetuates the panic. That hurts everyone! We
simply need to focus on the facts as they are made available
and consider our options carefully. We are a bit like
mushrooms right now, of which I am not pleased to say the
least. If we don't get our answers soon then we have to go
get them ourselves and combine our efforts.

I will continue this later.

I mean no disrespect to anyone, nor do I want to stifle the
thought process of all of you. There is still a very strong
holding of private investors that have not sold.

Sorry lost my train of thought- will continue later when I
can focus on a mandate.

Best Regards to all
