If anyone is interested in what Kurlak really said, here it is. I think many MU bulls may be disappointed tomorrow when everyone sobers up.

"Why investors chose to ignore the industry's weak fundamentals last winter can only be blamed on a bull
market psycology hoping for a quick recovery. Unfortunately, that recovery is not happening and investors
are now giving up on semiconductor stocks almost across the board.
Meanwhile, the industry must take the necessary pain associated with every downcycle over the past 25
years. Accordingly, as wafer production declines, sales and earnings levels should fall below the consensus
outlook and probably even below first half levels. Stock prices are expected to decline further with a falling
consensus forecast.
We believe that over the next few months longer term investors should take advantage of the weaker stock
prices we expect and begin to establish investment positions. Investors with intermediate term investment
horizons are advised to remain out of this group with a possible re-entry point expected next fall or winter -
coincident with better book to bill ratios."
