Mr. Pink, You are so right, I have to agree with you. THIS STOCK IS OVERVALUED, and management is doing everything they can to make it more overvalued. Every stock that doesn't pay a dividend is overvalued. The only return a shareholder gets is the premium that other pay above the shareholders entry price. HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? TAVA INCREASES SHAREHOLDER VALUE by following there plan. These shares only have a par value of maybe $.001 (That's what they are worth). However, they are worth as much as everyone will pay for them. The company will continue to book new business, Bristol Meyers may soon be one of them, How will BMeyers explain to there shareholders that they only tested one site for year 2000 compliance. TAVA has already cleared major hurdles to growing sales. They are succesful in the difficult task of finding more engineers. It's fantastic that they have been able to higher so many! The momentum will continue beyond year 2000. So, let me expand on the overvalued scenario - TAVA will be more overvalued at $20.00 and even more overvalued and $30.00. Watch the contracts come in! To make a point - AOL shares are highly OVERVALUED today when AT&T wants to buy the company today at $19 Billion - I wonder how OVERVALUED it will get? < Would a rational business person pay $220 MM for TAVA's business? > Of Course they would, if they had the new how to increase shareholder value! AT&T wants to increase shareholder value. MR. Pink and his chronies (other shorts) prey on small cap stock that have moved up in VALUE in a short period of time. It is an organized effort. This is what they do. They feel that they can build on doubt to initially convince people to sell on their increased level of doubt. They jump into a thread with no DUE Diligence (they only care that it has increased value quickly). We are invested in TAVA because we expect are shares to be OVERVALUED a great deal! Go ahead state the obvious, my shares are OVERVALUED. He starts the doubt by talking about anything he can find. A Loan for instance. TAVA has created an excellent business model and has executed it extremely well. The US government and the SEC are on our side with year 2000 compliance! The only Doubt is just how overvalued the shares will be, and how soon. You won't see PINK and those other shorts taking on AT&T!
