Andrew, thanks alot for Your explanations. seems to be it would be best to wait a bit until the effect on the bottom line is digested. BTW EBTIDA will not be adversely affected since it excludes interest and depreciation. However it seems that quarterly earnings levels will be impacted by $4 million (depreciation) + $5 million (interest), so this means they would have to add AT LEAST $10 million revenues quarterly in order to be accretive.. best regards CROSSY
