OUR Fed just sold us out and RUBEN who was lieing all along You are barking on the wrong tree. The Fed merely executes trades on someone else's behalf. Rubin's policy of non-intervention that he re-iterated just a couple of days ago has been overridden by Clinton's political advisors who feared that a rising dollar could cause his poll numbers to drop, followed by you know what.
