Planned sales don't mean much. I know of several people in my own company who have listed as "planned sales" for the last year, but have yet to do so. They list as such in order to exercise their ability when they feel the time is right. A planned sale can be on the books for a long time.

Actually no one has 10% of ALYA's stock. These guys are early investors but do NOT have that much stock. They are neither management nor insiders but early financiers I believe.

Hope that helps. People really don't have to worry about this company. The stock price will take care of itself. I think Frankel has started to scramble today. Obviously he's not going to get anywhere close to picking up enough shares to cover his shorts at this level.

Glad to have you aboard Claude. I really do value your judgement and it makes me feel even more convinced we have picked a winner.
