Just a little info for you. About three or four weeks ago their Ocala office was still furnished and as of yesterday only pictures on the wall were left. Looks as though they are doing all their business out of the Sand Lake Road office now. FWIW, Dan

TK, I just spoke with Karen, who is working as shareholder relations person. She had no new information, in fact, I think there is more shareholder info on this thread than she had. Didn't know # of shares, didn't know anything about financing, Shaney has taken a personal leave, neither Dan Boyar nor Max Cawal were in, (everyone should start phoning these two). I was not impressed. I don't know if they're doing a good job of keeping things quiet or if nothing is going on. Anybody in the area may just want to drop in and see what's at WACC head office. JOE
