Just talked to my broker. Says PAIR is down at these levels because management informally guided analysts a few weeks ago to expect a flat qtr sequentially. Due to oversupply of HDSL equip at RBOCs at end of 1st qtr. But a rebound expected in 3rd qtr. On the positive side, PAIR's new DSLAM is being pilot tested in at least 2 RBOCs planning large scale rollout of ADSL. BA is one of them.
