Why isn't there some requirement to say what this is based on ? Without some clarification this seems like price manipulation. I don't see why something isn't done about these tactics, HP is a perfect example, from 60 to 80 on upgrades and obviously nobody talked to HP because they announced an earnings shortfall in the same time frame. I say let the DOJ take a close look at the brokerage houses and their tactics. jim
