from a purely graphic design standpoint, the look of the annual report is cool. big bucks were paid for the die punch for that open square. you'll see when you get the report.

The annual meeting is June 28, but it will be in Israel, not Silicon Valley. For those of you with the annual report, could you give a quick summary of what I'm missing on pages 20-21 (last 5 words on p. 19 is "The Company anticipates that gross") and page 24 (last 8 words on p. 23 is "tax exemption for a period of two years"). These are important things missing - I assume they expect gross margins to decline, especially with the new service arm. Also the expansion of the tax exemption is critical, what is the story there? I'm left hanging on both of these. Thanks in advance, I'm sure everyone on the thread would be interested to hear about these 2 important issues.
