Amazing that you still don't get the point. And like "they don't ship from the east coast"...duh... So where do you think the coal is going to go? They don't just ship it to the nearest coast to dump it in the water. It's got to go some place . . . duh. A ship with coal on board in Seattle/Tacoma is a lot closer to West Coast ports of call and Asia than a ship with coal on board in Philadelphia, just as the reverse case is also true. So your point is a little pointless. Why even make it?
