It means that MM probably has some small position in the stock but is really not active.

Now I think this is where it gets interesting... Once we hit .10 then the jumps get bigger like .03 -.05 jumps at a time... We are headed for some much bigger numbers... I got out early and am still kicking myself... I am watching till I go crazy and buy in at the last moment... Only kidding about last moment... They went so fast this morning I could not catch it at all... From .072 to .10... And I was afraid to go with a market buy... Oh well maybe tomorrow... Lots of fun on this one...
