OK, I'll bite. How much Guinness have you drunk already today, BlueFox? Let's play with these words--by the way, we shouldn't leave Cliff standing in the doorway holding the pretzels, his find on NetGravity is due some consideration. But let me finish first, then you can finish second and then I'll finish again--just kidding! (LOL) How about these words and I'd like you to pay attention to the words "will be.": "the capital structure will be such that if the same were undertaken on the date hereof, the shareholders of ZULU-tek would hold 80% and the holders of Enhanced would hold 20% of the resulting entity ("Deemed Ownership"). Blue Fox, "will be" is almost as strong in legal langauge as "shall be." I will only admit, however, that "shall be" would be preferable. But there is nothing to detract from "will be." In effect, the only real downside is if we fail to do this before March of 1999. And, you see, this is why Zulu board members are taking over ESVS board positions. Get it? Zulu will control 80% of the board as well, we could therefore logically conclude. It's probably near that rate now. For example, Ralph LaBarge has resigned from the ESVS board. He was been replaced with a Zulu board member, I think at the time it was Steve Lair, or the gentleman who signs Zulu's checks (I forget his name) or Mr. Mincheff. Something like that. I don't have time right now to revisit the exact board composition. I'm signing off real soon. But you understand what I'm talking about? I hope so. Because that's "the way things really are," which, incidentally, is title to a song I wrote.
