The capacity of the existing unit depends to some extent on how hard you want to run pumps for example. 600 gph of diesel, that is maybe 820 gph of feedstock. Don't know whether that can be sustained by the thermal oxidizer and certainly not by the storage tanks. Storage tanks should be fairly cheap when gotten used as Bill does. But everything takes money which means orders.

Since the plant was only permitted to run at 275 by DHEC after the stirring mechanism and new pump designs were installed, I'm not sure what is known about sustained long term operation. The stack and the thermal oxidizer would have to have added capacity to go to 1,000 for sure, and for added margin perhaps the pumps should be upgraded eventually. The data I saw a year ago was from the old pumps, so the new ones could be OK as far as I know.
