Jan, I couldn't stand it any longer - now I'm officially a lifetime member - yikes. What a great chart (CSC)- many thanks. Can you help all of us neoP&Fers understand how to calculate the horizontal count on this chart? Tom says to count across the base a stock has built, multiply by 3, multiply by box size and add the product to the lowest point of the formation. Question is - where does the base begin? If I count starting from the column of x's that began the triple top formation, I get 9 horizontal columns x 3 +27, 27x1 (box size) = 27, and add 27 + 48 = 75. Awesome target price. Or does the base start back in the column of O's where CSC reached 47? Then the count is 10 x 3 = 30 x 1 = 30 + 47 = 77. How am I doing so far? I may gamble, though I still think its best to wait to buy calls until the correction is over for real. You are such a treasure. Thanks again. Peggy
