From 1/14/98 to 2/19/98, price drifted down from .28 to .18 on relatively low volume, with a few exceptions. From lowly price of .18, stock reached high of about $1.50 in 5 trading days.

I view ZULU as trading in .40 to .50 range for most of time since late February. While drop to .32 is big on percentage basis (20% from .40), that is a minuscle price movement for a highly volatile stock such as this.
