Check out July 6, 1998 Fortune. Cover contains CEO Deb Triant's smiling face. Cover refers to "cool companies extreme investing." Story, which begins on page 69, is "cool companies 1998."

Story covers companies that "have a pretty good shot" to "permanently alter the world as we know it" -- although some may hit the jackpot, and others may go bankrupt. CheckPoint discussion is on page 73, with another picture of Triant on p. 72.

Nice exposure, although brief discussion of competition from Cisco, Network Associates, and Microsoft seem to give the article a net negative slant.

After review of the proxy statement it looks like there will be a stock split in the near future this may bring some short term interest in the stock.Does anyone have any comments. They probably will split the stock 3:2 if it maintains these prices. Just my opinion. Best regards Richard.
