Thank you all for input. I would like to assume that the company could find a supplier of feed stock in the area and perhaps start a side joint venture of sorts. The results being that we would have product to claim credit (Which could be sold as we do not need that sort of write-off.)

Upgrading the plant to 1000 gph in my opinion is no big deal. The major hurdle was getting the approval from DHEC.

One issue that has been bothering me however is the added dilution to the stock from the LP's converting their ownership to common stock. Could someone, possibly an LP, enlighten me as to this arrangement and an educated guess as to how many shares this conversion has added.
