Goodevening Bob, I agree, the upgrade should be no big deal. Except the $500k. I sure would like to see Bill run this plant full out until GRNO can raise the funds. It would be good for business, keep the lights on and put a few people to work. Some good pr in the local area wouldn't hurt either. Sorry, can't help with the LP question. Hold only common.
