Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining, but why didn't SEEK show as much of a gain as XCIT and YHOO today? (Chronic shorts, I'm not interested in "Because SEEK sucks" answers. I've already heard your pitches dozens of times.)

My theory is XCIT and YHOO are believed to be the next T takeover targets if AOL rejects T's offer, but SEEK's run from $23 to $34 was already fueled partly by takeover speculation. So maybe the answer is we already did get the gain earlier in the week.
