She has a good cash position, and I have not checked on some other
stuff, and who knows the sector may be ready to re-bound , it sure
is beat up. But untill I see the bell weather INTC show some up
side I'd be afraid of rotation this is the way sectors do at times,
the last one to fall , is the last to recover.

long term I don't see the U.S. hanging on to the Semi conductor
lead..if at all. Take a good look at Zenith , the last of the
U.S. TVs. and what is left of it is now run by Korea I think it
is. The Intel inside could easly go the way so many others have
in the past. It will take time but the Japanese have that on their
side. In spite of their ressession they keep on keeping on.
