Looks like there is a recovering from Asian financial crisis. Look at the stock market in Asia now. Nikkei is up 647 points at lunch time.

...no. i bet deal went like this: you deregulate and institute long term tax cuts, do your stim pkg in the fall, and set up sytem to save banks by july august. if you can gurantee that you will do all those things, we will support the yen.
