Question all:

1) how many shares are outstanding?

2) By meaning "outstanding" does that mean that someone(s) actually owns them? I was confused as to if 5mil outstanding and the rest are ouwned by us stockholders, why do we have to wait for a seller? I am sure i biffed this one.

3) If PRWT does a reverse split, would that be a board only decision, or would the stockholders get a vote on it?

I don't think 120,000$ is worth that learning experience. I think you should demand your money back:) Which stock did you buy PRWT? You will do fine.
