Hi Richard....

Are you indicating that what you saw on TV was a simulation of an ITS deployment in an SUV, or merely a side impact collision involving an SUV?

Thanks for responding.

..or did you see what SMU/ITS marketing could jump on, as a response to the dangers of side impacts by large heavy SUV's on normal midsize sedans? To bad SMU doesn't have an awareness campaign through their sales department. Do not involve the car makers by name but show the public that solutions are available now! How to create Demand 101. Why leave it all up to the car makers. After this dog&pony show SMU should change course and market to the public "solutions for the future". How much does it cost to have the ITS installed? Add $1.00 to the cost and create a marketing campaign.

Hey volume is drying up on this down swing. Good news for technicians as the market always looks for volume. And it is getting less the lower the price goes.
