The way I am reading that, KZAP, is that nobody will invest capital in a non-reporting company, so CSMA is reverse merging with Buffalo, thus CSMA will be reporting and can get the capital infusion.

Bottom line: CSMA is waiting on the merger with Buffalo, which Mike Millis has told us is three to five months away. (from now)

Still a lot of waiting to do.
