The people that deserve the dividend are the ones who held the P on the DAY IT WAS TO BE PAID. Period.

I'm still holding mine BTW, hate to sell at a loss ya know.

I'm 'figuring' that they made a commitment to the 29th and that should be kept.

Kurt, I agree with your point that the ones who deserve the dividend most are the folks who were buying yesterday and today. However, I think that at this point, after all that has happened, it is CRITICAL that the company keep its word.

In my opinion, considering the fraud, etc., if there is any irregularity AT ALL in the filing of the May 29 date, Nasdaq will kick the date up anyway, or reject the action altogether and make them refile.

Whatever the outcome, people should remember that this was an issue that was out of anyone's hands before the fraud was ever discovered. I may be wrong, but I don't think that neither the Board nor the Shareholders will have any control over the decision of Nasdaq. We just have to await the verdict, and those who sell should understand that they are taking a chance of giving up the dividend as the issue is still unresolved. Besides, those who sold likely sold because they thought the company was sinking, and are not likely to fight the loss of the dividend because they don't consider it to be anything of any value.

Just my opinion,
:-)

I agree, P's bought prior 5/29 and held to date get 3-2. Those purchased after 5/29 and held to date get 3/2.

However, (IMO) if and when this gets turned around the company should look to reward the "loyal investors" by issuing a post crisis spilt. All P's purchased between 6/16 and ?/?, investors receive split ratio of X/X..
Anyone care to fill in the blanks?

Just a running concept.. Too bad with everything up in the air this can't happen (just yet).

I am amazed at your attitude. Would you feel better if I did not get my dividends and you did. What a selfish little man you are. This one post of yours speaks volumes of the kind of person you are. Besides your lack of character, you obviously don't know jack about business, misrepresentation, liability issues and on and on. Ever run a business? Ever put together a deal? (other than a lemonade stand in school) And "tough nougies" ? That's a good one.

I could be wrong, but I am going to take a wild guess and say you have the security of a regular paycheck, you are kinda lazy, not very active, have a boss that tells you what to do every day, make less than six figures and your kinda pissed off about it and you think you would feel better if you gained and someone else lost. And you probably have a really strong right hand, due to the fact your a geek and can't get a girlfriend. Nice life, loser.

I usually don't go for the personal attack thing, but I gotta tell you Kurt, guys like you really piss me off. Flame away big boy.
