Hi Douglas, I think we should expect a loss since they're in the development stage and not selling houses yet. They sold their revenue-generating motorhome park and some apartments for a cash influx to kick-start the company which may have slightly hurt their current revenues compared to last year? Once we see any of these developments in Texas, the P.I., Southern California, or Colorado near completion we should see some numbers. Until then I guess we need to rely on some outlandish Sultan story to dream of a better day. Does anyone have any insider reports on what happened several weeks ago with the high volume? I'm wondering if the Peacock officers dumped their shares. Btw, did you notice the outrageous bid/ask.. .22 and .29, thats a spread of over 30 percent.. Geez. Ryan
