1) Yes, the layoffs are related to the Xyplex acquisition.

2) All of Xyplex was purchased. Xyplex contributed $5.2 million in revs in Q1.

3) Yes, another debt offering was in the works - supposedly to add or acquire capacity because sales are booming. It was cancelled because the stock price was too low.

4) Management said Asia was 10% of revenues in Q1.

5) You actually expected to find answers on their web site? Their 3 "multiple personality" web sites are a joke right now. The 10K should have named some customers, I thought. MRVC targets small-mid size enterprises (5000 employees or so and down) throughout the world.
