Puffy,

I don't know what to make of you...but you and Lanza bring up some valid points.

1) Casey's contract (Can we see it).
2) Contruction company contract (other bids).
3) Transtech, sprint, astg, select switch...How is the money really flowing.
4) Jacks point about the SEC...I think that's a f$%cking great idea. Hopefully they will investigate. Tell me the name of your contact and post it hear...I'll call and if we all start calling they might do something.
5) Maybe we should call NASDAQ and get them delisted...I don't know all the ramifications of this.
6) 10-K (What's up?)

jeff

ps. Puffy, Are you a shareholder? And if so, are you doing anything about this shit?

Mr. Truher,

We learned that Thomas Jon Swift is really James Truher. Now, looking
at your performance with this company, I would have to say your know
better than current management. Trying to paint yourself as "one of
the good guys" and changing your name is surely not going to erase
the slate of what you already did to this company and what your
still striving to do. If I were in your shoes, I would not want to
be seen or heard in any capacity. You were removed with just cause.
Unfortunately, you were replaced with management with the same
ethical standards of yours and that is why the shareholders are in
the toilet with their investment.

I suggest if you have a bitch with Joe Lanza, you settle it in
private. The shareholders of this company have enough shit on their
plates at this current time than to hear about your irritation with
a consultant who is no longer with this company (if you can even
refer to it as a company at this stage).

Dan L.

TJS,

I take my money and buy stock at higher prices, then somebody does not pay invoices, and people are counting on him to meet payroll to cover this expense, and then sell enough to keep the doors open (at a big loss). Then I go back and replace the position around the price that I sold, and you want to label me as a scumbag. I will take that as praise coming from somebody who is afraid to show his true identity.

Lanza

P.S. I have already told you, I am a bad guy to people like you.
