Pretty sure Winfax Pro 8 does this. It's a memory hog, but has nice features and does everything imaginable. Be sure to get the latest patch if you use it.

buy an answering machine. using a $3000 PC to replace is $50 answering machine is absurd and a waste of time and money. I have digital 3 mailbox digitial answering machine with battery backup that costs less $50 and is far more functional than any of the half a dozen PC solutions I have tried in the last three years....
