This must just be administrative. Was it not the end of the year before the FDA approval for ONTAC was expected. It will no doubt take some time to provide all required documentation on the plant, proposed labeling, instructions etc. etc. , which must be if front of the FDA before they will grant the approval. This must have all been known to Ligand/SRGN and it would be nice for them to inform us all so that those nervous types don't trade the stock out at less than the market should be.

Henry, The plant is already a GMP approved plant producing compounds for other pharmas. I wondered why LGND had a clause in the SRGN deal that required FDA approval within 2 years. Maybe they suspected some sort of delay.
