they are trying to keep the ask up with small buys but the sells are real large blocks.

Volume is down 33% from yesterday in the first half hour.Could that of been a blowoff top that just passed by?If PWRT falls below 10 cents look for everyone to bailout out and take their profits.
This could drop hard back to 2-3 cents very quickly.Everyone has their finger on the sell button now.
