Dan L.: The company says that they wrote a letter to the transfer agent bank on May 27, 1998. In the letter they state that AIRSTAR is no longer affiliated with IWIC and FIG and they are not to receive information about the company, unless authorized by AIRSTAR. Further, the letter goes on to give the transfer agent the new address of AIRSTAR and advised the bank to communicate with AIRSTAR at that address in the future.PERIOD.
