RLM and all: AMEX and shares. Called American Securities Transfer and Trust (303-234-5300) and was told the outstanding shares as of yesterday was 9 million and restricted was 3.2 million. She can not tell me what the restrictions are on the shares and there are different restrictions. The restricted shares are included in the outstanding shares.
Who is selling if there are no new shares coming out? Maybe the market makers don't want to lose LEAH so are trying to prevent the AMEX listing or are loading up with LEAH stock.
If we get on the AMEX and get an audited quarterly report in July we could have a firecracker month. I thought you didn't need an audited report to get a listing on the AMEX but I could be wrong and it does seem right that the information be audited. Why do they need to audit the foreign assets and won't it take a month of Sundays to audit the new companies? Maybe it is simple audit, or is there such a thing. RLM did Leah tell you they have started the paper work for application to AMEX, date?
