Gary,

you have more patience then I when dealing with people like Dan Fisher. I would like to know if you are anyone here knows where Mr. Fisher is residing now. I personally have what I consider a lot of money invested in MIDL and I don't think law suites will change Mr. Fisher. If a class action suite is filed the attorneys will get most of the money and Mr. Fisher will be free to continue with another company and rip-off the shareholders as he did us.
As crude as a present myself to be I don't think just sitting back and let the law take it's corse is the solution. I have enough money invested that $500.00 more to go to the Bahamas and visit Mr. Fisher is out of the question.
I am not stating a threat to Mr. Fisher but as in my previous post I will present him an offer he can't refuse. I was brought up as an honest and reliable person and not to lie and I take great offence to what Mr. Fisher did to this company. I sit here day after day and read nasty posts to to one person or another and that's as far as it goes, which is ok unless someone lied to take advantage of another. But am starting to wonder where is your backbone when someone has down right lied and conspired to defraud you. Are not you MAD AS HELL AND WON'T TAKE IT ANYMORE?

We can all get as mad and as we want and try to blame Gary for what has happened but you know that's not the truth. Dan Fisher screwed us and we don't face that fact head on we are just burying our heads in the sand and just looking for a scapegoat.

Please excuse my ramblings but enough is enough let go after the real person who did us in, Mr. Dan Fisher.

Gary, sorry for the length of this post.

We seemed to have switched horses very quickly and, it could be argued, shrugging off DF-144 *unless* something positive happens. The focus on positive pursuit of new business for the empty Midland shell, a great idea, should Not preclude a focus and aggressive pursuit of our potential piece of DF-144. An impression could easily be made that this group of shareholders is not a long term concern...that we appear to have quickly regrouped and moved on to the future of MIDL. and aren't stupid enough to sue ourselves or similar sentiment. I, for one, didn't buy for the stock structure. I bought for DF-144, and the structure was an atractive appendage.

I am waiting patiently while John Spriggs weighs his options, calculates any potential exposures and so forth, he deserves this time, but I will take a very different position if he decides to keep walking, and I believe there are a large group of investors that feel the same way. I wouldn't want a piece of John, or Dan. I would want a piece of DF-144 profits or some other equitable arrangements as compensation. A great future success with the shell will not dissuade some of us from pursuing to closure a potential right to DF-144

Last Wednesday and Thursday, I PM'ed you to express my concern that given the lack of completed paperwork, all those claims of intenational patents and rights were probably suspect and suggested the real status should be communicated with the bad news re: Fisher to get it out of the way all at once and so as to not panic investors with bad news in dribs and drabs. I failed then to worry about the rights in general. Now moving backwards, do we have any bulletproof indication that the stock split/dividend etc. is in order? Not the dividend vs 3:2, not May 29, not x-div date.I mean:
Is there documentable proof that the original structure is, in fact, intact to ensure fans of the structure itself, to which a lot of us have turned our attention, are not burned again by potential false information on the very underpinnings of the Company?

Thanks in advance,
Scooter

Gary
Just got on this thread. Who reported this (alledged) scam/fraud/whatever by DF, to the SEC??? What is the SEC contacts name and who, MIDL officer, says they reported that there was even a problem with the stock. Sorry if this is redundant:
