Anyone have the details on ORCL's app performance for the past quarter? Did it really decrease 1% from same quarter last year? If so, that's absolutely awful. ORCL's future growth is totally based on apps, not DBMS. Analysts were predicting that app sales would dwarf DBMS sales numbers in five years. Also, what are people's thoughts on the new app release 11 only running under the NC architecture. Sounds like an insane gamble to me which could drive their app sales into the ground. Thoughts?
